One By One is the first track to be released from Rationale’s forthcoming five-track EP High Hopes. One By One was co-produced with friend and collaborator Bastien Langebaek (Jack Garratt, Jess Glynne, Jessie Ware), who Rationale previously worked with on his track Vessels.
In One By One, afrobeat rhythms combine with a syncopated moog bass line and off-beat organs to produce an infectious track about confession and redemption.

Following a sold out show at Mercury Lounge in New York City and a stunning performance on Late Night With Stephen Colbert earlier this month, Rationale is currently supporting Best Laid Plans Records label mate Rag'n'Bone Man on his UK tour.
The last show takes place in Brighton tonight at the Brighton Centre. Tickets are sold out.
Rationale is set to perform a track from his critically acclaimed debut album on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday 9th November.

Rationale's long anticipated self titled debut album is released today. The 12 track set includes new tracks such as 'Into The Blue', 'Oil and Water' and current Radio 1 playlisted 'Loving Life'. Fan favourites such as 'Re.Up', 'Fast Lane', 'Prodigal Son' and 'Fuel To The Fire' are also included.
The album release precedes an eight-date UK tour as well as a special U.S. show at Mercury Lounge in New York City on November 8th.
Having received praise and early support for the track from the likes of Annie Mac, Huw Stephens, Phil Taggart and Clara Amfo amongst others, 'Loving Life' has now been added to BBC Radio 1's playlist.
Rationale's long anticipated self titled debut album will be released on 6th October.

Ahead of the release of his highly anticipated debut album (October 6th), Rationale (Tinashé Fazakerley) has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Warner Chappell. In addition to writing and producing his own music, Rationale has also written cuts for Rag'n'Bone Man, Katy Perry and Nause in recent months.

Loving Life is the first new single to be released from Rationale's highly anticipated debut album (due for release on October 6th) and is currently receiving airplay on BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.
